Class 2 covers electric narrow aisle trucks: stand-up riders, reach trucks and order pickers. These exist because racking is expensive and aisle space is the price you pay for it. A narrow aisle truck works where a counterbalance truck physically cannot turn. Measure your aisle width and rack height before you rent, and factor in familiarization time if your operators normally run sit-down units.
